We’ve all been spending a lot of time at home lately, but that doesn’t mean you need to cancel the party! A Superstar Zoom Party is a fun and memorable way to celebrate a birthday and connect your child with their friends, while keeping everyone safe at home.

 

We know that you and your kids are having a tough time lately, and the “new normal” can be hard on kids of all ages. So here at Superstar Parties we’ve been putting our thinking caps on and brainstorming ways that we can help you to celebrate the  milestones while keeping you and your family safe. So we are now offering Virtual Zoom Parties, Video Messages, and Video Calls with our characters. If you would prefer in person entertainment we are also offering all of our standard entertainment packages as per our website, provided your event follows the current restrictions regarding outdoor social gatherings, and visitors to your home.

 

What is a Virtual Zoom Party?

A Virtual Zoom Party is fun, interactive, and will be remembered for years to come for all of the joy it creates and for the sheer novelty of the experience!

 

A Virtual Zoom Party is an online party, that takes place in a virtual meeting room using the popular video conferencing service Zoom. A basic Zoom membership is free and many schools and workplaces are already using Zoom.

What do I need to have a Virtual Zoom party?

All you need is a computer, smart phone or iPad, a reliable internet connection and a basic free Zoom membership. Superstar Parties will set up an online meeting room and provide links and passwords for you and your guests. Each guest will need their own screen and an internet connection. We provide simple instructions and make the whole process super easy.

 

Who can I invite to a Virtual Zoom party?

Since this is an online virtual party, you can invite whoever you like, even  your friends and family interstate and overseas can join in the fun!

We recommend up to 10 screens for an online party, as this is a good number to keep all of the kids involved without things getting too noisy, but siblings can share a screen.

 

What age group is this suitable for?

We recommend Zoom parties for kids aged 3 and up, if your child is old enough to watch videos and interact with screens they will have a great time.

 

What do I get when book a virtual Zoom party with Superstar Parties?

You get a fabulous experienced entertainer hosting a virtual party ideal for celebrating your event during lockdown.
As with all of our entertainment options it’s all in the details with beautiful theatrical quality costumes and wigs, themed backdrops, music, studio lights, a wireless microphone for the performer, and disco lights to add to the party atmosphere.

 

How much does it cost to host a Zoom Party.

The Zoom party will be the easiest, and probably the cheapest of all the parties you have ever planned! There’s no mess, no catering, and we’ll do all the work for you! BRONZE  ZOOM PARTIES – 30mins

PRICE: $160 inc GST

  • A private Zoom meeting room for the entertainer, your child and friends (best suited to up to 10 kids/screens but siblings can join if they are sharing a screen)
  • Superstar Parties will set up the online meeting for you, and will  provide links for you to pass on to your guests – we will make things as easy as possible by providing simple technical instructions for you and your guests
  • A professional performer to host your virtual party
  • Character themed backdrop and disco lights to add to the party atmosphere
  • Your choice of character
  • Interactive introduction to welcome all guests
  • Virtual Party Games (i.e. Simon Says, Musical Statues, Dancing Competitions)
  • The Superstar Concert and Sing-along
  • Singing Happy Birthday
  • Goodbyes and well wishes
  • A link to the video footage will be sent to you after the party, so you can enjoy the experience over and over again!

 

SILVER ZOOM PARTIES – 45mins

  • Funny magic tricks and wish making
  • Disco dancing to the birthday child’s favourite song

 

GOLD ZOOM PARTIES – 60mins

PRICE: $200 inc GST

  • All of the inclusions of the silver package plus….
  • Interactive storytelling show with live singing

 

PLATINUM ZOOM PARTIES – 75mins

PRICE: $225 inc GST

  • All of the inclusions of the Gold Package plus….
  • Virtual scavenger hunt

  • Sights and Sounds Quiz (using pictures, props and music)

ONE ON ONE ZOOM CALLS – 15mins

PRICE: $100 inc GST

  • A private Zoom meeting room for the entertainer and the birthday child (siblings and family can share the screen)
  • Superstar Parties will set up the online meeting for you and we will make things as easy as possible by providing simple technical instructions
  • A private chat with the character of your choice
  • Including live singing and a sing-along
