Our office is open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Please note that our office is closed on weekends, Wednesdays and public holidays however there is always someone on call whenever we have bookings taking place.

Out of Hours Contact

Existing customers can reach us via our mobile number if you need help with last minute issues such as a sick birthday child or relocating the party due to wet weather. On weekends we are best reached via text message as we often cannot take calls while performing at or managing our shows and events. If you would like to make an enquiry when our office is closed please send an email, text or leave a voicemail and we will get back to you on the next business day. 

Sydney Service Area and Travel Fees

We are located in Sydney, Australia and offer complimentary travel to all suburbs within 25km of the Sydney CBD. Travel fees to apply to areas outside of this zone and are determined by the distance from the CBD according to Google Maps. The travel fee is calculated at $1 per km for each km over 25km from the CBD. Please note that travel fees are paid to our staff to contribute to the cost of their car expenses, petrol, tolls and time. If you request a particular performer for your booking, the travel fee will then be calculated from their home suburb, and charged at $1 per km for every km over 25km from their home suburb according to Google Maps. 

 

Wider NSW

Unfortunately we are not able to provide kids parties or private events in regional NSW and travel is usually capped at around a 90min journey from the Sydney CBD, even when travel fees are charged.

 

Interstate Enquires

Please note our performers are all Sydney based and we do not currently offer kids parties or private events in any other state. 

Corporate enquiries are welcome from all over Australia but extra charges will apply for airfares or travel, accomodation and standard MEAA per diems. We recommend contacting your local children’s entertainment businesses first, as it’s always nice to support local businesses whenever possible.
