Office Hours

9:00am to 5:30pm Mon-Fri

Our office is closed on weekends and public holidays, however there is always someone on call each weekend for our existing customers to help with last minute issues such as a sick birthday child or relocating the party due to wet weather. All other enquiries are handled during office hours, so if you would like to make an enquiry over the weekend please leave a message or send an e-mail and we will get back to you on the next business day.

Sydney Service Area.

We are located in Sydney, Australia and offer complimentary travel to all suburbs within 30km of the Sydney CBD. A small travel fee may apply to areas outside of this zone.  Please note our performers are all Sydney based and we do not currently offer kids parties or singing telegram services in any other state. Likewise we do not provide singing telegrams or kids parties in regional NSW and travel is usually capped at around a 100min journey from the CBD even when travel fees are charged.

Corporate enquiries are welcome from all over Australia but extra charges will apply for airfares or travel, accomodation and standard MEAA per diems.
